Attached is a message from Second Chance Body Armor, Inc., which has announced that it is beginning a program to upgrade or replace its Zylon-based Ultima and Ultimax protective vests, saying that previously worn Zylon vests wear out faster than expected and that there is a potential officer safety issue.
Contact Second Chance's toll free Hotline (800.828.VEST) with the serial number of your original vest so they can begin manufacture of the custom-made ballistic pads upgrade or replacement vest right away.
