A Louisville Metro Police detective has been found not guilty of harassing his estranged wife and using a computer illegally.
Michael Arterburn was indicted on seven charges last year.
Friday a jury found him not guilty on all charges which included one count of unlawful access to a computer, five counts of official misconduct and one count of harassment.
Arterburn has been on administrative duty pending the outcome of his trial. The internal investigation is on-going.
