The Louisville Metro Police Department settled a harassment case with two of its officers.
The Courier-Journal quoted an attorney for officers Kristina Hagan and Michael Smith in reporting the police employees settled for a total of $150,000 earlier this year.
The lawsuit they filed claimed other officers sexually harassed Hagan and retaliated against Smith for supporting her.
A police internal affairs investigation concluded Hagan viewed pornography with co-workers, openly talked about sex and viewed adult Web sites at work.
A spokesman for the Jefferson County attorney's office said the city settled because a trial would have been expensive and the outcome was uncertain.
The plaintiffs' lawyer, Tom Clay, said a trial would have "exposed dirty laundry."
