A 41-year-old man is facing charges for drunken driving after crashing into a Louisville Metro Police officer.
Police said a 5th Division sergeant was on his way to work when a Jeep Cherokee turned in front of him at Fegenbush and Glaser lanes.
Police said the officer had the right of way.
David Lee, the driver of the Jeep, is charged with second-offense drunken driving and wanton endangerment.
Lee suffered minor injuries.
The officer was taken to Baptist Hospital East with a leg injury.
