Emily Hagedorn

Emily Hagedorn is a Neighborhoods reporter for The Louisville Courier-Journal, covering the Highlands neighborhood in Louisville, Oldham County and part of northeast Jefferson County.

She has also covered Bullitt County for the Courier-Journal and has written for the Bakersfield Californian, the Detroit News, the Lexington Herald-Leader, the Virginian-Pilot, the Cincinnati Enquirer and the now defunct Kentucky Post.

Emily is originally from Florence, Ky., and is a University of Kentucky grad. She lives in the Highlands.
